The chargers work fine, and I especially like the USB charger. However, like some others I found the holster to be less than satisfactory. I figured out how to use the thing, but find that when I am sitting the headset slowly works it's way loose and then when I stand up, it falls out.

I read the reviews and ordered this package knowing about the alleged problems with the slipcase holder. After using it several weeks I have to say I've had no problems with the headset trying to work it's way out or falling out of it. It's always sitting there in the case when I go to pull it out. Instructions really aren't needed - the case is in the shape of the headset when folded - and if placed in it so that the shapes match up it hold the headset quite well. I have to assume the problem others have with the headset falling out are either improper insertion or a bad batch of cases slipped out into the market.
The chargers work fine and overall I very happy with this package.

The adapter for the car fits well and works efficiently to allow me keep the headset charged and working even through 12 hour driving days. I haven't used the USB yet. I feel better about dropping it in my purse in the included "holster". I feel I got my money's worth.
