There are better headsets out there Aug 25, 2007
By icechai This was my first bluetooth headset, and I must say, initially I thought it was pretty great. Good incoming audio sound quality, lightweight, fits pretty well... but people would say I break up sometimes when I talked to them.
Advice for people testing out bluetooth headsets: always call your own voice mail first. After I finally did this much later, I really sounded broken even in a quiet room. Overall this headset could serve your purposes but it is definitely not as good as some of the other headsets out there.

Awesome headset Oct 21, 2007
By MedicAbe Improved audio and quality over previous models. Battery life is exceptional and performs as advertised. The ear hooks make a better fit and add comfort. The raised speaker helps u hear alot better. Depending on the volume ur phone or computer transmits, volume may not be a prob. When ever possible pair this with a BT 2.0, my LG chocolate is a BT 1.1, my pda a BT 1.2, and PC with BT 2.0+EDR. The sound quality is way better. 1 small annoyance exists. Sometimes when pairing a motorola headset to my LG Choc II phone and other BT 1.1 phones, u might get a connection that has static and kinda cuts on and off. The solution is simple after many experiments. Delete the pairing and re- pair your BT headset, it forces a change in the communication channel to a clear one. Too many people use the 2.4Ghz range, Wireless internet, cordless phones, BT devices, COmputer CPUs. Used with skype, works flawlessly with xcellent range on a BT2.0+EDR Class2 PC dongle. LAstly always when ever possible take advantage of the BT 2.0 capability. Better range, quality, error correction, and speed.

Not an interchangeable charger for Moto Q Global Apr 19, 2008
By Marie Guerierri

Well, so far I can't tell you how it works, because the one that arrived doesn't work. It wouldn't take a charge. That brings me to the charger. My previous Motorola phone and headset charger were interchangeable, that is, you could use the charger for both the phone and the headset. I assumed this would be the case in ordering another Motorola headset for my new phone. Sadly, it is not. The charger adapter plug is not a micro-USB, and only works for the headset.
This is also similar to other Motorola headsets that don't have an ear plug built into the receiver, so it sits outside the ear, instead of in the ear. This may affect your purchase.
It does come with two other ear hooks, which I thought was nice.

2 defective products from the seller Jun 14, 2008
By Ae This was purchased and then sent back as defective at my expense. The replacement was also defective. I am now working with Motorola's warranty department and going on a month without . To their credit, Amazon assisted in the replacement.

The Motorola H670 Feb 08, 2008
By Christopher L. Gaston
"I answered the call of the wild..... but all I got was it's answering machine!"
Overall, this is a great earpiece. It took a little longer to connect with the Raz'r than the Motorola H700, but other then that, it's great. It lost points because even with 3 different size brackets, it still didn't fit my wife's ear properly!
