I purchased this headset to use with Skype, and I am very happy with it. The sound is great, the mic works really well, and, compared to most headsets, I find it to be mostly very comfortable to wear. The only slight discomfort comes after using it for more than four hours, when the ear piece becomes very warm, but I think that's an issue with most headsets.

I've used this product for about a year as a Skype headset. Both the microphone and earphone exhibit very good sound quality with clear audio and comfortable volume levels.
I recommend purchasing the Plantronics PC Headset Speaker Switch to go with this headset. It makes switching between the headset and your regular speakers very convenient, and it saves wear and tear on the small connectors.

I bought this headset to use with voice recognition software. The headset is light, comfortable, and very accurate. For voice-recognition, it is very important to be able to position the headset the same way each time. This headset allows you to do that very easily, producing excellent voice-recognition accuracy. I am very pleased with this headset and I would recommend it to others. This review was written with the Plantronics headset, and voice-recognition.

This plantronics headset is a good deal for the money. It is comfortable, light and sturdy. It is used for a voice to print dictation system and is 1000 times better than the piece of junk that comes with the sytem. I think I paid $16 plus shipping on Amazon. It is probably not the best head set out there but is more than suitable for what I want and is rated highly for my voice to print softwear. Another bonus is that it covers only one ear so the other ear is free for a phone. I would buy it again.

I bought this for use at the office with our new internet phone service. The quality is great for the price. My greetings sound rich and full, not like I'm in a barrel. Sound quality from headphone is good. I wish they'd make a cordless version - it'd be perfect!
