Didn't last long Jul 30, 2010 The 2.5 mm plug broke the third time I inserted it in my phone.
I could hear the other party and the other party could hear me just fine.
Product was difficult to insert in my ear - took 2 hands. However, the actual piece in my ear was comfortable. I find some other headsets have ear pieces that are too large.
Great sound quality Jul 18, 2010 I just tried this out in my car today and was amazed at how well I could hear the other person (I even had to turn the volume down they came in so loud and clear). The person I was speaking to could hear me very well even though they are slightly deaf. Road noise was not a problem, as it is when on a speaker phone, and it was very pleasant not to have to blare into the phone to be heard. I did have an issue getting the ear piece to fit correctly when I was wearing sunglasses, but if I put the ear piece on first and then the sunglasses, the ear piece stayed in place. The cord also has a small clip attached to it allowing you to secure it to your clothing.
Overall, a great product and you can't beat the price.
Tinty Jul 15, 2010 Those who I talk on the phone with (a regular phone/not a cellphone) say that I sound like I'm speaking in a tin can. I guess for 4 bucks, I get what I pay for...
Wrong product sent to me May 31, 2010 Gee, it would be great if I could review the correct product. You know, the one I ordered. That's not what I received. And since, I've had a hell of a time getting any satisfaction from this seller. Then, I reviewed the buyer comments on this seller (many many scathing reviews) and realized I never should've bought from this seller to begin with. BUYER BEWARE. The company has since told me they sent the correct product (and that it was delivered to my home). I can promise you it was not. I can also promise you that if I had the correct product in hand, I wouldn't be spending my time and energy complaining about this. I'd be done with that seller once and for all. As it turns out, I'm not. And that's a real drag.
Faint volume from mic makes it a no-go May 14, 2010 Bottom line: can't use because the volume of my voice is too low for people to easily hear. Bought off of ebay after my c200 cord was cut. The c200 worked well, but this c250 with the longer "boom" mic extension was not as loud. Jabra headsets are very comfortable and easy to wear all day. Reasonably easy to put on with one hand once you get the hang of it. I am not sure if my problem was unusual, but these corded headsets seem to be hit or miss. I have had other brands where the sound quality is not very good or too low.
I will just reorder another c200 and take my chances with that.
