Although this product is great as a stand alone program it doesn't run concurrent with other programs. What do I mean by that? Well, if your typing in a word program the Snap! Dictionary & Thesaurus doesn't highlight or auto correct as you go. You will have to type the word in the programs window. This may be for you if you do not have an internet connected PC or a program that has autofix/scan built in.
