In the 80's I was recording on cassette (Maxell). I left one out in the rain. After allowing it time to dry it played with no flaws. Once I started recording on CD, that cassette experience lead me to Maxell CD-R music. I have been using Maxell for almost 20 yrs. and the play back is AWESOME!!! If recording to CD, I strongly reccomend using Maxell CD-R music.

Simply the best! And I can't find them anymore in local stores. Big Bonus: They come with inserts so you can write in the song titles. All the other brands seem to have done away with them. Maxell is a quality product, always have been.

My daughters are constantly using blank cds for music, etc. and I find it hard to keep them on hand. Finding this size pack of Maxwell CDs at Amazon's low price is truly a great value!
